GRC 12 SF HR triggers: Rule to Role mapping

Hi All,

the SRT_UTIL shows Payload trace of data received at GRC side and the requests are getting created. But the requests do not have role as line item, although Rule to Role mapping has been activated at BRF+ and NWBC.

Request only has System line item.

The positions that are available in BRF+ decision table are mapped to a Rule name. And the same rule name are mapped to a role name.

Does SLG1 for HR trigger contain any logs to see if the roles were ignored? Sometimes BRM data not setup to add the role to the request (e.g. provisioning allowed set to no, role does not exist, role status not productive)

Hi Colleen,

Strangely, SLG1 has no entry of user data being received.

And Role is already set as per mentioned by you.
