I was just wondering as the GRC 12 is the fiori launch pad is there any possibility that we can integrate the ITSM tool I mean can we have 'Tile' created on the Launch pad and then configuring the workflows through ITSM Tool?
In case, you are using GRC version 10.1 then I would suggest you to utilize SAP partner service Greenlight for enabling any third party tool to integrate with GRC. For reference you can review KBA 2600265.
