GRC 12 - EAM Workflow provision issue

Hello Experts,

We are trying to setup the Firefighter(EAM) assignment through MSMP workflows in SAP GRC 12.0

The requirement is to request Firefighter ID through Access request form and then it will be sent for approval to EAM Owners and once it is approved, EAM ID will be assigned to 1.jpg2.jpg3.jpg4.jpg5.jpg6.jpg the user.

I am able to submit EAM access request in system and it shows in pending for approval status however it is not getting assigned to any agent for approval.

Steps followed -

1. Used SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST process id.

2. Created custom BRF+ Flat rule (Lineitem by Lineitem) Initiator rule.

3. Maintained Agent id with Agent type PFCG role.

4. Maintained path with single stage.

5. Maintained route mapping with BRF+ rule id and Path id.

6. Generated the version.

Could you please check and assist us on the same.

Hi Danish,

You don't need to use the Agent id with Agent type PFCG role,just use Agent ID : GRAC_SPM_OWNER,Agent Type : GRC API rules.
