GRC 12 - EAM log review - email reminder, unreviewed log reporting

I have two questions:

1) When executing program GRFNMW_BATCH_EMAIL_REMINDER, the controller's get one reminder per Log report that as not been reviewed. We would like to send one email with a link to the inbox instead of multiple emails. Is there a way within the system to provide this functionality without custom work?

2) Is there a report in the system that provides information about logs that have not been reviewed. I can find the information in the WF tools but it is not formatted well.

Hi Myra,

For point 1, you need to enhance the email reminder program. There is no such option available.

For point 2, you can use SEARCH REQUESTS functionality with process Id as Firefighter Log Review report workflows and instance status as decision pending to retrieve pending requests list.
