GRC 12 Access requests from SF HR triggers are not getting generated, for contractors

Hi All,

In my set-up, GRC 12 SP11, SF HR triggers are sending requests to GRC via CPI. Acess requests are getting created for employees . But not for contractors, i.e whenever there is a valid to date put for a user id from SF.

CPI log shows that it receives data from SF. But the same is not received at GRC.

Could you please suggest on this.

FYI, i do not have Employee type in my decision table input column

Are you seeing any evidence in SLG1 logs or are you looking at access request generation?
