GRC 12.0 Web Service SOD Cross- System Connector Error

Upgrading from 10.1 to 12.0. Using web service GRAC_RISK_ANALYSIS_WOUT_NO_WS works fine in our 10.1 environment. On the 12.0 environments, trying to run an SOD analysis on a cross system connector gives the following error:

<MsgNo>4</MsgNo>

<MsgType>ERROR</MsgType>

<MsgStatement>Connector is not configured</MsgStatement>

Same connector works without issue in the 10.0 environment. Exact same SOAP request (testing in SOAPUI). No changes have been made to any of the connectors in the v12 environment.

Single connectors work fine in both environments. It appears to be a problem with connector groups maybe, as all of them give the same error in V12.

Any ideas?

Can you please share more information on your cross system connector groups etc? Just curious on how the cross system connectors are configured and how the SOD rules are uploaded?
