GRC 12.0 AC Risk Analysis not working

Dear All,

I have completed the customizing activities for GRC AC, synch jobs are completed successfully.

When I check on NWBC side, I can find Risk IDs, Function IDs, User ID, Role names, also when I try to execute role level simulation i can select tcodes and permissions.

But my risk analysis report is not getting any result.

Could you please help me what should I do?

Hi, did you checked the logs and authorization errors of related service/system users?

Please confirm if you are able to search users in User ID field through F4. If not, issue is because of inconsistency in user master table. Please confirm so that I can provide you resolution steps accoridngly.

Do you see any entries in table GRACUSERROLE?

Yes user and roles exist on the table on GRC.

Now i can only see the roles on NWBC on risk analysis part, but not able to see the users.

No it is working for any of the role on the system.

We are generating the SoD rules again, may be this helps
