GRC 10 Function workflow approval - no workitem in workinbox

Hello guys,

i am facing a problem with function approver workflow on SAP Access Control 10.1 SP17.

I am setting configurations for function approver for simple approval on any function modification or creation. For this:

1. Global settings: SAP_GRAC_FUNC_APPR

2. Rules: By default, nothing changed or added.

3. Agents: ZGRAC_FUNCTION_APPROVER, type approval. ZGRAC_FUNCTION_NOTIF_APPROVER, type notification.

4. Variables & templates: By Default, nothing changed or added.

5. Paths: ZGRAC_FUNCTAPPR_PATH, stage: Z_SECURITY-->task settings Agent ID: ZGRAC_FUNCTION_APPROVER, no escalation, all approvers. Notification: Approver. Notification Settings: NEW_WORK_ITEM, template ID: GRAC_FUNCAPPR_WORK_ITEM, Recipient ID: ZGRAC_FUNCTION_NOTIF_APPROVER3.

Problem is i have nothing to approve on work inbox.

Could you guys please help me with this?

For anyone with the same problem, please check SAP Note 2154592 - Request is stuck and approver agent is not evaluated. Problem is when WF_BATCH user is locked.

Yes, but, does the work item newly created should be on my work inbox? I obviously changed the user for other on AC but the result is the same...

Check if you have email assigned to your user on SU01

Do you have the access to approve create/update function in su01 and also MSMP Process ID SAP_GRAC_FUNC_APPR is mapped to the request type and they are active?
