GRC 10.1 Template Based Request update

Hello Experts,

We wanted to change the EUP of the template based request but while opening it, EUP field is not editable infact non of the fields are editable except description field.

Can you please help if it is possible to update any field (EUP, request type) for an existing template request.

Dear Biswaranjan,

unfortunately, that's not possible. You have to delete the template and create from scratch. You can only edit description and the user access part.

Thanks for your confirmation.

I believe creation for template is not transportable and it needs to be created separately in each of the environment (DEV, QUA and PROD) through NWBC.
