GRC 10.1 Remediation View - remove role shows ## in Access Request reference

Hi everyone, We are currently using GRC10.1 SP13. Using ARA's Remediation View report, when we try to perform the "Remove Role" it is showing ## instead of the request number and the request is never created. I have already implemented SAP Note 2343957 - Request Number is not coming correctly in Remediation View. When I see SLG1 log I get the following message:
