Hi all,
When we have performed a verification it is only possible to rate it PASS or FAIL. If the verification is passed but you want to log an improvement you should be able to make an issue to be followed up and monitored. To be able to do so you have to FAIL the verification, but this is not really the case.
My question is that is possible to log an improvement (create an Issue), when the verification is rated PASS?
Thank in advance for any replies

Hi Amarjit,
I do not think there is any standard configuration where you can raise an issue by keeping the test result as pass.
Its mandatory to select Fail if you want to raise an issue for the manual test.
Thanks,
Vinay

Hello Madhu
Thank you for your quick reply.
Do you know if it possible to configure the system so that it is possible to create an issue within the Manual Control Effectiveness task, that has a test result ‘PASS’?
Kind regards
Amarjit

Hi Amarjit,
Just update your manual steps as PASS and then create an ad-hoc issue in PC for the same control as improvements required.

Madhu
