GRC 10.1 Password Self Service Error

Hi Experts,

I am currently facing the problem that some users cannot reset their password via GRC PSS for the BI system. The following error message is displayed: "This System does not let you log on using password".

Any advice on how to fix this issue is appreciated.

Can you check if the initial password is expired for the user in backend BI system?

Hi Ramesh,

yes, it´s either initial or productive password expired. I just found out via SAP Note "2044123 - PSS: Password Reset functionality - what Password types can be reset" that I maybe need an SP Upgrade in the Plug In System.

Or do you have another suggestion?
