GRC 10.1 log error "User does not exists in target system CUA" New Account

Hi,

We are currently experiencing an issue with GRC 10.1 and CUA. When someone submits a "New Account" request in GRC, when the approvals are completed its getting an error and going down the escape path. The error states "User does not exist in target system (SID id which is CUA)". This has started happening frequently. We havent had any changes to the CUA or GRC in quite some time. It's not happening to every "New Account" type but the frequency of the error is increasing.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Hi Mike,

Can you please share the frequency of these type of issues and if it is for new user account the request is going through escpae path that means that request not implemented. yes these type of issue will come only with new accounts if the request will select the escape path surely that request will go for end with out any result.

Please, check the SAP NOTE 2200505 and threat XXXX User does not exist in target system
