GRC 10.1 - how to resend workflow after changing the controller of firefighter ID

Dear everyone,

We are using GRC 10.1 and support the workflow function of firefighter activity (EAM module) but we are facing one issue as below:

The former firefighter id controller quit the job, and new firefighter id controller wants to have all the 'decision pending' firefighter log to be reviewed.

I appreciate your any comment or thought.

Hi Nathan,

Please try following options:

1. Delegate the FF ID Controller Inbox to the new FF ID Controller

2. Forward the FF ID Log review requests to new FF ID Controller
