GRC 10.1 Forwarding Firefighter Log Review

Hi All,

I am trying to forward the firefighter logs as a admin but when i am doing it i am getting an error says enter the comments but notes tab is grayed out. How can i make that tab editable.

Hi Sandeep, I had the same issue and reported it to SAP who came back asked me to apply the following note - I am still testing:

2628262 - FireFighter Log Review "Forward" to other Controller

And then follow the instructions from the following KBA's:

2670815 - Not able to approve own FF Log as Admin
2151950 - Reject button is not visible to Controller/Approver
