GRC 10.1: Fiori Menu entries of PFCG-roles are not getting synchronized

Dear community,

we are running GRC 10.1 (V1100_7310017), which manages roles for a Solution Manager 7.2 landscape.

Situation:

We have a PFCG role on the managed system with a menu consisting of Transaction Codes, WebDynpro Applications and Fiori Catalogs/Groups. It looks like this:

Issue:

I want to import this role into GRC and generate it across the landscape. When I do, the menu entries of the role do not get synchronized / rolled out properly.

What we tried already:

1. Mass import, mass generation

Import the Role through mass import from the system, then mass generate.

-> This causes the "Transaction does not exist in target system" - error

2. Single Maintenance

Synchronize the role through single maintenance, then generate across the landscape:

No errors, but the generated role does not have any WebDynpro or Fiori applications anymore. This method only screws up when there are Fiori applications present. It seems to work with WebDynpro-only roles.

Any suggestions?

Hey Ramesh,

that also doesn't work. My client talked to SAP directly about this and it seems that there is no current solution to integrate Fiori-menu-roles with SAP GRC.

If someone here has a solution/workaround I'm very interested :).

Hi Hendrik,

I hope you are using BRM,What's happening when you create the role from BRM and resync the authorizations(Not create directly in plugin and do a mass import)
