GRC 10.0-Email notification sent twice to requestor

GRC10.0,SP23

For a specific WF,email notification is getting triggered twice.

I checked the stage settings and can see that in notification settings, notification is set up only once for REQUESTOR.

Any idea on this?

Hi

I found the reason:

GRAC_REQUESTER: Recipient ID was already maintained in "notification" settings of process global settings.

Adding to it,GRAC_USER recipient ID was maintained in WF/Path level notification settings.

Since the requester and the user was same in this case,2 email notification was sent in this case.

is it a case of having 2 notification settings, one for requester and another for user? Since Requester is also the user so he may get 2 email notifications.
