Hello All,
We have a weird blank entry in the GRACUSERCONN table. This entry keeps changing as well. It is showing now as a B system user type whereas this morning it was showing as A dialog user type.

First of all you have not specified the GRC version and SP Level.
Regarding the issue , try implementing the below Note and check if it works
