GRACUSERCONN is not giving result if USER id is in lower case

If we give Lower letter id in user id filed in SAP GRC GRACUSERCONN table then we are not getting any result , however i have found that the domain for this table is set for lower char in SE11 although its only working if we give upper letter in user id .Is it a known functionality of it.

Hi Pranjal,

User ID is case sensitive and you can check it in domain as well.

Can that be changed so that the user id is not case sensitive ?
