GRAC_MSMP_SECURITY_LEAD_AGENT

Hello experts,

May you please provide some guidance on something I am struggling with. My company have configured the Routing Rule and use agent GRAC_SECURITY with rule ID GRAC_MSMP_SECURITY_LEAD_AGENT. There are some people who used to be part of the security team and have since left the company, however somehow they still appear as approvers of this security stage. Where can I remove these people so they don't appear on as approvers. I asked the HR consultants but they couldn't assist.

Hi Tubatse,

Please check how the security lead approvers are maintained in your GRC system from following path:

Security Lead agent can be based on User Group or LDAP Group or individual approvers. Hence, first identify how it is maintained in your system and then you can update it.

NWBC -> SETUP -> ACCESS CONTROL OWNERS

In this GRAC_SECURITY i want to add or change approver and make him as first level approver how can we do that

Ex: in GRAC_ Security S1,S2,S3 are present now i want to change first level approver to S4 instead of S1 how can i do that Very urgent plz
