GRAC_MITIGATION_OWNERS: error "started with an invalid or without configuration"

Hi Experts,

We are trying to enable the Mass Maintenance of Mitigation Control Owners in Mitigating Controls of Setup Tab in GRC launchpad(NWBC) by referring the below blog.

As per the blog,
• We have activated the GRAC_MITIGATION_OWNERS WebDynpro application in SICF.
default_host-->sap-->bc-->Webdynpro-->sap
• Added the Mass Maintenance of Mitigation Control Owners application in LPD_CUST and mentioned below parameters.

Application Type: Web Dynpro ABAP
Namespace: SAP
Application: GRAC_MITIGATION_OWNERS
System Alias: SAP-GRC-AC

When we are trying to open Mass Maintenance of Mitigation Control Owners from Mitigating Controls of Setup tab we are getting the below error
"FPM application GRAC_MITIGATION_OWNERS was started with an invalid or without configuration "

Figured out that there's one configuration step missing for application GRAC_MITIGATION_OWNERS in LPD_CUST:

Configuration: GRAC_GAF_MITIGATION_OWNERS

If you add this, the error is resolved. Was able to determine this by finding application GRAC_MITIGATION_OWNERS in SE80 (FPM Applications), and seeing the Config ID = GRAC_GAF_MITIGATION_OWNERS, instead of GRAC_MITIGATION_OWNERS.
