We are in the process of implementing SAP S4 2022 & SAP GTS 2020 Edition for SAP Hana.

Question - Does GTS pushes Sanction Party Screening check results and status updates to BP in SAP S4? If yes, can someone pls share the SAP S4 table & field names where this status is recorded ?

No, it doesn't.

You maybe can try function module /SAPSLL/SPL_BLOCKED_BP_GET_RFC to get the relevant info to S/4.
