GL issue

In my company we have deleted one Gl account on 5 Jan 2024 and created a new GL in place of that one. However all the entries are still showing in the Old GL which was flagged for deletion in FBL3N.

So how can we mapped new GL in the system so that all the entries will hit the New GL instead of old GL.

Hi @AK6 

The GL Account can be marked for deletion from FS00. The below documentation explains the same:

Marking a G/L Account Master Record for Deletion | SAP Help Portal

The fact that you see line items in FBL3N means that in the master data, the GL is probably not marked for deletion and is being posted to.

Thank you for your response. I have checked in table SKA1 and the same GL was marked for deletion on 5 Jan 2024 and still entries was getting posted to the same GL. I have checked all the configuration in FS00 and all seems to be right. Please advise
