GL accounts included in EC01 copy company code transport request

Hello All,

We have a situation where while copying a company code from existing company code, the GL accounts were also copied in to transport request from Development system and the Transport request is already moved to quality system. (Chart of accounts is same for both existing and new company code )

Now, we want to create a new transport request to delete the object SKB1 from the original transport request. So that GL accounts are not copied from Development system to production system. Because there is inconsistent data in Development and Production system.

Is there any way to achive this.? Please let me know 

System is SAP ECC 6.0

Did you already try to run EC01 again with options 'Delete org. structure' or 'Replace org. structure' ?

No we have not tried EC01 again to delete the object.

can you guide me with some steps to do that.

I would suggest

1. You could use MASS on BUS3006 to set deletion flag on unwanted accounts
2. Copy current GL chart of account from production to development using FS15/FS16
3. Use the replace option in EC01 as you did with the copy
4. Transport

But be aware, I never did the same error (to forget the step 2 to synchronize production/development before copy)
