Getting service not available error with /rpt api

Hi Team,

I have created an application for fetching metadata for crystal reports and it is working fine.

But if we are trying to fetch details by /rpt api by crystal report id then getting error with all report ids.

I am attaching screenshot of error here please help.

All other url are working fine but if i am adding /rpt in uri then getting following error:-
