Getting error while releasing accounitng document in VF02

Hi All,

For performing revenue recognition we have to generate billing /accounting document. In this scenario , the billing is created and revenue recognition is done. But while releasing accounting document in VF02 , i am getting error message RFC Failed in Include ZILV_VERTEX_TJ_CHANGE_BILLIN , Message no. Z2047 . Also it is showing that document is saved but no accounting document generated.

Please tell me how to resolve the issue and release the doc to accounting. Thanks in advance.

It seems, Vertex is integrated with SAP in the process you explained and some ABAP validation is set for some specific Business process which is triggering this issue. The message number Z2047 is not a standard message but a customized message set by your ABAP team. Check with them
