Getting error 'Global official numbering: Input parameter incomplete' in F-29

Can anyone help me out. I am getting error 'Global official numbering: Input parameter incomplete' while using tcode F-29. This happened after our Production server was upgraded FROM ECC 6 TO ECC 6.7.

Please let me know what happened ?

I am not sure, which country you are looking at for error, since official document no is specifically a country focused topic. If you are facing this issue with India specific company code, the below note might be useful.

Regarding this issue (transaction F-29) I would suggest to use tags:
