GET_BUSINESS_SYSTEM_ERROR when determining the business system (COMMUNICATION_ERROR)

Hi all,

We are getting the below error when we are trying to fetch the CC charge plan (SAP Convergent Charging) in product configuration modeler screen of Subscription Order Management CRM and in Subscription Billing tenant as well.
we did all the configurations and also, we could able to run the web service which is fetching the data from CC and its working fine but in tenant we are getting this communication error

"GET_BUSINESS_SYSTEM_ERROR An error occurred when determining the business system (COMMUNICATION_ERROR)" in Subscription Billing

SOM tenant Charge Plan ID error

can you help us how to solve this issue, is there any configuration we need to do?

Hi

Set an external breakpoint in method CL_SLD_ACCESSOR->CALL_JAVA and check paramter and response of the remote function call of SLDJAVA_ACCESSOR_REQUEST
