Generate Comparison Terms for Business Partners

Can someone guide me on the below issue that we are facing

Our index files were corrupted and we were asked to generate fresh indexes and load them to TREX

We were not able to Generate Comparison Terms for Business Partners (/SAPSLL/SPL_CREATE_SEARCHTADRC) for full load due to memory issues as we have around 15 Million Business Partners with in the system.

Can we generate the comparison terms in multiple batches of 1 million records each and push them to TReX ?

Will the newly generated Comparison Terms overwrite the Comparison terms generated for the earlier batch ?

If the above approach can be followed, should we transfer the comparison terms (/SAPSLL/SEARCHTERMS_LOAD_TREX) to Trex for every batch or can be load them in a single go ?
