Hi expert,
we have uploaded Employee master, in info type 0001 under the organization structure we have Fund center. Out of 100 employees, we can see 60 employee fund center field is appearing, for rest of 40 employees this field not showing. getting following error" Account assignment committement item de-activated for 31.12.2016.
Message no: H1756.
we have checked all the fund center which are created with validity 01.01.2000

It is not necessary that the message is issued for fund centre; it could be generic for integration of HCM with FM. What are the dates put in this customisation setting: IMG - Public Sector Management - General Settings for Public Sector Management - Basic Settings: Account Assignment Elements - Activate Account Assignment Elements?
Check if these dates are consistent with the validity of your HR record, which is resulted in error.
