Hello GRC Experts,
We trying to implement workflow for functions/Risks and the process is very rudimentary at the best. Especially for functions where the approver(s) have no idea what they are actually approving.
We have the workflow/approvers working with no issue but we wanted the person submitting the function to add a note to say what the change to the function was. We wanted to do this via the notes tab but its appears greyed out and we cannot edit to add a comment. Our current system is 10.0 SP21 and I know that the notes tab does not appear in version 10.1 which I used at my last company.
I assumed it was an authorization issue but after assigning SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW to the user the problem remained. I have been looking to see if there are any parameters that could control this but up to know I cannot locate on. I don't see the purpose of the tab if it cannot be used/editable.
Any help would be appreciated

Mark,
Yes you are right we are on GRC version 10.1 SP19 and there is no notes(tab) while creating a new function or new risk.
Thanks
Ramesh
