FSV with functional and gl account to be consumed in Analysis for Office

Hi gurus:

I m working in S4H 1610 FS02 implementing RTC and one of the client requirements is to consume the FSV in the AO Reports which is good but the FSV has been created using FunctionalArea for the PL and GL Accounts for the BS, when we use this hierarchy in the bex query, the report is not displaying any data for PL (just for BS) and I guess it is because the FSV has no GL accounts for PL so I wonder what it is the right procedure in this scenario, maybe we have to create the hierarchy (using /ERP/FUNCAREA) manually in /ERP/GL_ACCT?

Hi Joseph,

I'm also doing the same I have added GL's in the FSV and using hierarchy nodes in Bex I'm extracting data. But I'm still adding GL's manually in the Bex. Which I don't feel it's needed. Can you tell me is it working for you like that or not?
