FSCM Credit Management "Manage Credit Management rules" specific clarification

Hi Everyone,

Greetings!

I am working on SAP FSCM credit Management and currently trying to configure rules for approval hierarchy for Credit limit requests and Documented Credit decisions: approval hierarchy through "Manage Credit Management Rules" Fiori app. 

We have a requirement to create approvals based on customer group, Credit segment, Credit limit requested etc for the Credit limit request approvals through notifications in Fiori app of the designated approvers.

I am unable to use Customer group as a condition the "Manage Credit Management rules" app. I am able to select it as a condition, but there is no dropdown to pick specific customer groups and can only enter the groups as a text.

Even after that, the credit limit requests are not triggering notifications to designtaed approvers.

Note: This is the same case with Documented credit decisions: Approval hierarchy as well. If I do not use customer group, it is all working fine and I am receiving notifications for the designated approvers and also able to release the documents. 

Any suggestions and information are welcome on how to resolve this or if this is supported or not. Do let me know if you need any further information. It will be really helpful if someone could shed some light here on this topic.
