Hi all

We have an EPM21 user on a BPC10 platform who cannot access the Excel EPM Add-in.

He is presented with the following message:

FPMXLClient.BPCProxy.Common.Configuration.BPC10Configuration

Has anyone any ideas what this might be ?

Thanks

Ian

This was caused by a printer installed on the user's PC which has caused some problems with the MS Framework.

The solution was to re-install the EPM add-in and rename the PC_NW folder so this is also re-created.

Can you explain what you renamed that for to and did you rename before or after you reinstalled EPM? Did you delete the folder before you reinstalled EPM?

Hi Andrey

You can re-name that folder at anytime and it will be automatically re-created the next time a user logs onto the system via the EPM add-in.  You can re-name it to anything...  The reason for deletion was to re-create all of the local settings and setup.  I do believe that any local reports will be lost as I think they are saved here - hence the reason for backup creation.

We found this solved the issue in our case.

Hope this helps

Ian
