Hi Experts,
We are seeing a discrepancy when comparing the prepaid account balance and FICA postings in transaction FP40P. It seems the difference is pointing on an item labelled as Preselected Revenues/Refills. This entry only has the description and amount and does not have any other fields populated like source transaction id, date created etc. that's why we are not able to trace it.
Where is this transaction labelled Preselected Revenues/Refills coming from? And is there a configuration we could check to determine its setting and conditions?
