Formatted search query for udf dependent field

Hi Experts,

I am using SAP B1 9.2, I have created two UDFs fields in marketing doc under row level.

First field have four option and the second one have Eight option in list and these option are dependent.

I want a FMS Query that if i click on one option then show related option in Second field

Please help
