Foreign Currency Valuation Postings

Hello,

We’re working in a TMA support context on SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition. In the Foreign Currency Valuation Execution tile, we need to include the S&L Partner field in the automatic postings generated during the valuation of current accounts.

Has anyone implemented this enhancement or configured the system to populate this field? Any guidance or documentation would be appreciated.

Could you please confirm:

• Whether this is technically possible in Public Cloud?

• What configuration steps are needed (e.g., substitution rules, account setup)?

• Any known limitations or workarounds?

Are you asking for Foreign Currency Valuation Run and for which exact version (On-Premise, Cloud, Public, Private...)

Sorry for the misunderstanding — yes, I’m referring to the Foreign Currency Valuation Run in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition.

It's in a TMA support context and using the Foreign Currency Valuation Execution tile to revalue open items. The goal is to have the S&L Partner field automatically populated/added in the journal entries generated by this tile.

Could you please confirm:

• Whether this is technically possible in Public Cloud for a functional consultant?

• If so, what configuration steps are needed (e.g., substitution rules, account setup)?
