FN8X print correspondence pay off

Dear Guru's.

We want to print correspondence for an early pay-off for a granted loan. So we are using transaction code FN8X.

We are getting the error message

Business operation for contract 0000000010015 in company code VLBR not found
Message No. FVD_BO001.

Find below the steps we have done in the configuration:

We are using Smart form as tool to make forms
We are using the standard form class FVD_PAYOFF
We create a smart form which is active
We are using correspondence type BL49
For the correspondence activity 1360 and 1380 we have specified CORR_TOOL, so that we can make use of the smartforms
Transaction FN8X is assigned to correspondence activity 1380
We made a link between the correspondence activity, role, business partner role and correspondence type the dispatch control.
We defined an external flow type and linked to report category 3
If we try to generate now, the system gives the message:
