FMCB /FMCN No results

Hi

Posted some Transaction with commitment item (90/1) to avoid budget check.

Now want to do a reassignment to (30/3).

Trying with FMCB & FMCN but line items not selecting on execution.

FM Documents not generated on the original posting with (90/1) !

Is there any way to reassiagn to consume budget ??

What are your entries? In some cases, you may be able to do a journal entry (FB50) but need to understand more about what you are trying to achieve.

E.g. do you have a cash entry (90/1) that you are trying to make an expense? A journal entry reclass might cover it better.

Re posting or reclassification is not possible, entries made om Jan 2020.

Only those which create FM documents, i.e. 30/2, 30/3

Hi,

You can't make a reassignment in this case. If your postings were done on a commitment item 90/1, they didn't create any FM documents; hence, reassignment tool can't treat them. So, FMC* tools in this case are not relevant.

Just to know what are the category allowed for FM reassignment tools ?

Other than 30/3.
