FMAVCR01 vs FMAVCR02 clarification

Dear Expert,

We have activated PSM as well as the AVC for which consistency check is Green and we are using Update Profile as 000101. We noticed that no data is coming in report FMAVCR01 while data is coming in FMAVCR02. We are doing yearly budgeting but not sure why data is not coming the report.

We have validated all the configuration but didn't figured out the control for these reports. Data is getting updated in FMAVCR01 table and other standard reports are also working fine.

We have also executed program RGZZGLUX as well as ran the initialization report.

Please help.

Hi,

Multi-annual budget, and its further appearance in *R02, depends on multi-annual flag on FM area and settings for the ledgers, but not on update profile.

Dear Eli,

Thanks for your valuable suggestion as usual. now problem has been resolved by "Define Activation of Availability Control " in this step we maintain "Active with usual check logic".
