FM - Reverse Budget release document

Dear team,

My client want me to reverse the budget released documents and upload new budget for current year due to some mistakes from their side. I have used table FMBL to check the budget released documents and i have done "FMDOCREV" to reverse the released budget documents.

If i do reverse a released budget document, where can i find the budget release has been reversed?

can we see it in FMRP_RW_BUDCON report?

what is the table to find the reversal documents?

Can i use FMDOCREV for reverse budget entry documents also ? should i do reverse manually in FMBB only?

Hi,

Reversal documents are stored in the same tables, as 'normal' documents, i.e. FMBH, FMBL, etc. You can use either manual (FMBB) or mass (FMDOCREV) reversal; it's your choice.

Reports, including the one you mentioned, will show the result of reversal document in the same way it is done for any budgetary document, i.e. you should expect your budget to decrease when a reversal of a budgetary document is performed.
