There is requirement for an FM report which should segregate the original/actual budget entered via FMBB and open commitments carried forwarded FMJ2, this segregation is required on face of the report rather than at drill down level.
For example, original budget entry is done for 10,000 on a specific budget address for the year 2023 and than at year-end there are open commitments of 2,000 which are carried forward to next year 2023.
When we run the FMRP_RW_BUDCON report for year 2023, it shows the total 12,000 in both the 'Consumable Budget' column and the 'Current Budget' column. Now here on face of the report, it is not possible to identify how much is the original budget value and how much is the open commitments value.
We have auto budget release scenarios activated in all budget document types.
Please guide if there is any standard report which may show the required segregation at face of the report or any other standard solution to achieve the objective.
You have various ways to distinguish this budget. Take a look if in the configuration you have foreseen a separate document type for budget generated following carry-forward. Even if it's not the case, you always have a budget process which allows you to separate the figures. Carry-forward is registered under a separate process automatically. So, in report writer you can build a new report based on library 4FM or copied from FMRP_RW_BUDCON with this distinction (budget document or budget process)
