Floating Rate Notes - Interest Rate Threshold

Dear Team

I am trying to create a FRN where the interest can fluctuate as per the LIBOR rates.

If the coupon floor is 2 % and the LIBOR goes above the coupon floor, SAP should post the interest as per the LIBOR rate (this can be achieved) but if the LIBOR is less than coupon floor i.e. less than 2%. SAP should post the interest as per the fixed coupon floor rate and not LIBOR rate

Can you please let me know if this is possible with standard product types
