Flexible Real Estate Management document attachments

Hello Experts

I am using flexible real estate management I have created (lands , buildings and lease contracts) , my issue is i need to attach documents and PDFs to the lands, Buildings and lease contracts, please advice me how to do this since i am not able to find attachment button on the screen.

There are multiple options for document attachments. The simplest one is using the "Services for Objects" button

and from there you simply follow the menu:

Note that even though this will work straight away you should discuss this on your project with the basis person. If you attach documents here they will be stored directly on the underlying DB which is normally not desired. The preferred solution is to have a separate document store which often uses a separate document server.

As you can see this option is quite simple and doesn't have many options regarding classification of documents, security, versioning, etc.

Alternatively you can use the option to integrate with DMS

(Ctrl + Shift + F6). This requires additional configuration. In this case there are multiple options whereby you can use SAP DMS or you can use other solutions such as OpenText. These solutions give you more options regarding classification, etc.

thank you for your feedback, actually I was trying to enable Services for Objects button for the following screen but it did not work , can you please advice how to enable it for this screen or other screens .

Hi it function is not available in create mode. You first have to save the object and go back in edit mode and it should be there.
