Fixing pricing date by customer in Sales Order

Good morning,

I would like to inquire if there is a way to set a fixed pricing date for sales orders.

Specifically, starting from January 1st, 2025, when a price increase will take effect, we would like to apply automatically the old prices for some customers by using a pricing date of December 15th, 2024.

Is there a transaction in SAP where this can be configured?

In the standard configuration, it is not possible to fix the Pricing Date for specific customers. However, you can achieve this requirement by using the USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK user exit available in the MV45AFZZ program.

Create customer groups for these customers who require the old pricing, and set a fixed pricing date in the user exit

You can also customize your VK11 transaction, for your net price, where you can set the validity period per customer.

So if there you can handle different prices per customer and also per period, ok?
