After GRC 12 Sp21 upgrade facing this issue

Hello @pravallika90,

From my experience, it is directly connected with changes introduced with SAP Access Control 12.0 SP21 for Firefighter logging - to make it a long story short: FF users should click on this new button available Logoff to close the session.

What I can suggest from my experience also is to check:

• missing authorizations for both the Firefighter ID, Firefighter User and user on which you are running synchronization jobs (both on GRC side and backend system side)
• missing authorization for RFC user (both on GRC side and backend system)
• go through the package of SAP Notes mentioned in a blog from @Mate - you have to implement quite bunch of them to be confident that system is working as expected
• open tcode GRAC_FFSESSION to validate the status of those open sessions
• go through the SLG1 / SLGD logs for jobs (you can validate also if there are any dumps in ST22)

The outcome that you are experiencing might be a mix of those.

Consult the SAP note: 3495933  to understood the Functional change for Firefighter Session Management available on SP21.
