Firefighter to Firefighter ID mapping when selecting Multiple user in Superuser Access Request

Hello,

We want to assign Multiple users to FF ID's (one on one mapping) using "Super User Access" Request type.

When i select Multiple users, i am able to enter multiple users and multiple FF ID's as well but there is no option to choose FF ID for each user in the request (one to one mapping). we are on GRC10.1 SP17.

Please let me know if this feature is available in any other SP >17.0

Hi Sri S,

I dont think so this feature is available in 10.1 and 12, it is great idea to use the customer connect channel (refer kba # 2417785) to raise this feature

Thank you Vijayakumar for the Answer,

Yes, i think it is better to have this feature available both for Multiple FF requests and also for requests where multiple users need multiple(different) roles. This will simplify the process during mass changes.

I submitted an IR to SAP, lets see how it goes. I will close this for now.
