Firefighter role cannot be assigned

Hi expert,

I'm have configuration firefighter role based. And I'm create firefighter role with

information :

But, when I want to assign my firefighter role on firefighter assignment. My FF role didn't exist and all my FF role on client 170 didn't exist

Is there I'm missing something ?

Hi Hendy,

Have you set the parameter 4000 as value 2 for role-based firefighting enable and as well to run the sync jobs after create the role in system then it will the GRC repository from the satellite system.

Hi Hendy, after you create your FF ID or Role, you need to run the EAM synch program so that it will show up in NWBC. So you go to SPRO -> Governance, Risk and Compliance -> Synchronization Jobs -> EAM Master Data Synch. Have you tried that? Also you need to ensure your FF has an Owner assigned.
