For firefighter manager approval escalation

Hi,

I wanted to know if it is possible to setup a secondary or alternate FireFighter escalation manager approver, also that includes email notification?

E.g. When the manager is not available to approve within 4 hours it will escalate to alternate approver with email notification. Thanks
