Hello Experts,
We are currently using SAP GRC 10.1 with SP level 14.
When i am trying to login through FFID, it is taking me to the login screen. and aking me to enter my password(This problem we are facing for only 1 system).
- All the plug in parameters are maintained correctly,
- FFID has required role and is in validity date,
- Firefighter has required role to use FFID,
- FFID type is dialog.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Mohite,
Please add the below to the Firefighter User role (Role which you assign to end users for accessing the EAM Launchpad):
Auth Object : S_USER_GRP with the below auth field values:-
Class= EMERGENCY and ACTVT =02
It worked perfectly for a similar issue which I was facing in my project.Let me know if this resolves your issue?
Thanks
Ria Auddy

Hi Mohite,
Please change the type of user. <<FFID type is dialog. >> It should not be Dialog. Change it to type " Service ".

Hello,
Could you please check after assigning S_RFCACL object to FF ID ? It will confirm if the issue is because of authorization?
Kind regards,
Yashasvi

Hello Yashasvi,
Thank you for your prompt response.
FFID dont have S_RFCACL assigned but, for rest of the systems it is working fine without having this object assigned.

Hello Mohite,
Please check if FFID has access to S_RFCACL auth object? Please note that this auth object is not part of SAP_ALL profile.
Also, please check if all test scenarios are working fine for self RFC connection.
Kind regards,
Yashasvi
